.... Once this was a volcano, now it's a 600km3 large lake. During the explosion with a magnitude of 8 on the Ichter scale 26000 years ago was 1170km2 of material blown and it changed the weather on the earth for years .. read the very interesting story on wikipedia.

    Re: my picture of the Fish-market...what about the watch of that guy....and I don't think , in the 14oo's they eat haring like we do today, "haring-kaken" was invented much later
