Forestfire

what a shock
the april 26. 2011 there was a fire starting in a garage and suddenly the fire was all over the forest behind.
since weeks we had no rain

280 firefighters are working, 8 helicopters and 3 army super puma helicopters are helping.
thanks to them the fire is under control! great job guys!
it looks much better now, but still... it is scary

the fire is extinguished!
we all are happy about it
now they work to protect the mainroad from rocks which getting loose.

big thank you to all the firemen and military peaple who help to get this under control

    ja mijn familie woond in groet..hetis niet best die brande n er gaat heel wat verloren daar ..ik wens een ieder veel sterkte toe..grietje.

    Good report about the dryness, there will be many fires in many areas if we have no good rains in the next month.
