Today, after we stood still by the victims of World War Two.
I went to the Common Wealth War graves in our village. This young man were shot shot down above or near the island Texel.
It's good to see they were never forget and the graves are still visited by all kind of people.
It was also very special to see how a father tried his young sons to explane why they lost their life for our freedom.

here is a photo from a year ago: British soldiers, all between 88 and 92 years old, visiting the Dutch village of Winssen; they were welcomed by the mayor.

Its May 4e, The Netherlands remembers the death from the WOII and other wars.

This monument in Papendrecht remembers the crash of a UK Lancaster bomber names "Popeye" 7 man ware killed in this crash on July 21e 1944....Man...yes 19-30 years young...

When does it stop...?
