Right it is here the 14 day challenge.
The first months topic is " song titles " mine example picture is " Paint it Black - Rolling Stones ".
You now have 14 days to take a picture that represents a song title process it and upload it before the 14th of July (Monday)8am woophy time. And can you please add the title to the picture
Here are the rules:- 1. The photo must be taken, processed and uploaded before 8:00am Monday (2 weeks).
2. The challenge is started in the forum and the description states what the challenge is. You enter the challenge by uploading your picture to the forum thread.
3. Any picture posted after the '(Stop) image is uploaded will also be disqualified.
4. The person who hosts is the judge for that week.
5. The winner gets to create, run, and judge the challenge the following week.
6. AND REMEMBER ITS NEW AND ITS FUN!!!!!!
After the 14th day ill upload a stop picture so any pictures after that will not be counted. And the results will follow 7 days after it has finished.
There will be 1st 2nd and 3rd place, the winner will host the following months challenge and you will get to host it, choose a topic and judge the challenge.
If you can not host the contest it will fall to the second place winner.
Good luck all

Well this is a challenge for as I'm not very familiar with song titles but I shall listen some more to the radio.
And euh Lali... some can have fun and be creative with old photos
One remark ... Should it be easier to keep this topic clean of any discussion, even if it is "on-topic", and safe this thread solely for the participation to the contest...

the old german song from the Comedian Harmonist: Mein kleiner grüner Kaktus.... (my little, green cactus)
Songtext: 1.
Piek, piek, piek, piek, piek, piek, piek, piek!

Butterfly by Mariah Carey.
When you love someone so deeply They become your life It's easy to seccom to overwhelming fears inside Blindly I imagened I could Keep you under glass Now I understand to hold you I must open my hands And watch you rise
Spread your wings and prepare to fly For you have become a butterfly Fly abandonedly into the sun If you should return to me We truly were meant to be So spread your wings and fly Butterfly
I have learned that beauty Has to flourish in the light Wild horses run unbridled Or their spirit dies You have given me the courage To be all that I can And I truly feel your heart will Lead you back to me when you're Ready to land
Spread your wings and prepare to fly For you have become a butterfly Fly abandonedly into the sun If you should return to me We truly were meant to be So spread your wings and fly Butterfly
can't pretend these tears Aren't over flowing steadily I can't prevent this hurt from Almost overtaking me But I will stand and say goodbye For you'll never be mine Until you know the way it feels to fly
Spread your wings and prepare to fly For you have become a butterfly Fly abandonedly into the sun If you should return to me We truly were meant to be So spread your wings and fly Butterfly
Spread your wings and prepare to fly For you have become a butterfly Fly abandonedly into the sun If you should return to me We truly were meant to be So spread your wings and fly Butterfly So flutter through the sky Butterfly Spread your wings and fly Butterfly

Sorry Johnny. Too much is happening for a new picture, but it's new to woophy at least!..
A norwegian very calm song called "I noen timer". (For a few hours) I hope the translation is okay!...
URL Click on the speaker on the right

For a few hours, When it's at it's darkest The big cities are whispering Otherwise, they roar And sometimes screams And snap and foams against the sidewalks In the big cities the mothers breastfeed their children While the chase over the streets And the brakes cry like animals And under the cellars In the city's bowels And people flee In and out of buses And bits gets jammed And some eat while they run And bleed tomatocetchup down their shirt
But for a few hours When it's the darkest Is it so quiet in the big cities That you can hear that the old trees Singing in the park
In a few hours, when it's at it's darkest Millions of people are dreaming Millions silent dreams Behind the millions of black windows. Maybe a few thousand lies, two and two together Making babies Other die in their sleep, when it's the darkest But you can not hear their last, private, sigh
For only a few hours, while it is in the dark ones. After a few hours the big cities roar like yesterday And screams And the streets are like furious rivers Where it drains millions of fresh chicken And thousands umbrellas and gallons of hot curry and red cetchup And slips and envelopes and sewing machines And lovers couple swim silently between carburators and frozen fish And some drownes and are washed on land, and there they lies as driftwood at the walls And a pale man stands with arms out, like a crucified, and shouts of despair Against another bank And the brakes furious cry for him
But for a few hours, when it's the darkest Is it so quiet in the big cities That you can hear the old trees sing Then flocks of bats flies over the park They resemble black, chopped of hands, waving But when you follow them with your eyes You find there is a sky over rooftops.

Over The Rainbow (Arlen-Harburg)
Somewhere over the rainbow Way up high There's a land that I heard of Once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow Skies are blue And the dreams that you dare to dream Really do come true
Some day I'll wish upon a star And wake up where the clouds are far behind me Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow Bluebirds fly Birds fly over the rainbow Why then, oh why can't I? Some day I'll wish upon a star And wake up where the clouds are far behind me Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow Bluebirds fly Birds fly over the rainbow Why then, oh why can't I? If happy little bluebirds fly Beyond the rainbow Why, oh why can't I?

Red red wine from UB40

Red, red wine, goes to my head, makes me forget that I still need you so
Red, red wine, it's up to you All I can do, I've done But memories won't go No, memories won't go
I'd have thought that with time thoughts of you would leave my head I was wrong, now I find just one thing makes me forget
Red, red wine, stay close to me don't let me be alone it's tearing apart my blue, blue heart
I'd have thought that with time thoughts of you would leave my head I was wrong, now I find just one thing makes me forget
Red, red wine, stay close to me don't let me be alone it's tearing apart my blue, blue heart
